Have a look at the dietetics course at your university of choice to see a comprehensive list of all the subjects you will cover in your undergrad degree. I would suggest mathematics, biology or physiology and physical science. In my dietetics degree I majored in physiology, did biology , chemistry and microbiology as well as pharmacology. read more
