Yes, Mr. Putin does appear to technically be very good at Judo. I also note that if he has been given an 8th Dan by the Kodokan. He will most definitely be of a good standard, as from my understanding of the Kodokan. The Kodokan is an organisation with integrity that has a reputation to uphold. read more
