There aren't very many black people in Idaho. I lived there 18 years and saw maybe 3 tops total. It's hard for them to own anything if they basically don't exist there. But there is "reverse racism" at the University of Idaho. The you is under a mandate to be more diverse, but they do not know how to do it right. I am a white, Canadian female. read more
