Antarctica doesn’t have its own government. Same-sex marriage is neither legal, nor illegal. It’s sort of like asking “Is same-sex marriage legal in the Marianas Trench.” People go there and do scientific things. If someone were to get married there, I don’t know that it’s clear what laws would apply. read more
