Hinduism and Sikhism are both Indian religions. Hinduism is an older religion, while Sikhism was founded in the 15th-century by Guru Nanak Dev Ji who was born in a Hindu family. Whether Sikhism is a part of Hinduism is a grey area- too many of the sikhism websites today have an agenda as they are run by Khalistanis so I'm not sure where you can find neutral information from the web. read more
