Compared to skiing snowboarding is stupid easy to learn. Yes you you have a couple rough days as you catch one edge or the other but a week later if you stick with it your an intermediate. I would say that more then 50% of the users on the hill are snowboarders right now, It may depend on the hill a bit as Lake Louise seems to have a few less. read more
