Well, except for the specialty proteins like chicken or steak. But the taco meat is not. If there's a sauce added to the meat there's going to be gluten it’s a natural thickener to make gravies and sauces. Taco Bell has been working for some time now to eliminate wheat gluten from ingredients by replacing it with oat. read more
