Is the Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City a scam?

They are not a scam. The Chelsea is owned by the same group that owns Congress Hall in Cape May. What they are is a poor attempt to bring a fashion-forward gay-friendly vibe to Atlantic City. The Chelsea is the largest hotel in Atlantic City without a casino. I wasn't in town for the purposes of gambling so I really didn't miss the temptation. I stayed in the Annex part of the hotel. It was a nice room with a balcony but I did have a problem with the air conditioning and heating unit. read more
