ISIS was founded by Abu al-Zarqawi, who was part of the mujahadeen backed by Pakistani ISI, not the CIA. America called Islamic State in Iraq al-Qaeda-in-Iraq. It's the same group. The US had captured Abu al-Baghdadi, as well as Abu al-Julani and other prominent leaders of ISI and Nursa Front. read more
