The Klan will mostly likely always exist because there will always be people that are white supremacists. The Klan, in it's smaller form, nowadays has ties to white supremacists such as the Skinheads, and the Aryan Nations. The KKK still exists today in fairly large numbers. read more

Nationwide, there are still an estimated 3,000 Klan members and unaffiliated people who "identify with Klan ideology," according to the ADL.
