Yes, unless they have an event. After 9:30pm USC security will check ID's to make sure you're a student. But, before then, a lot of people use it for exercise. Otherwise you can run around the outside of the USC campus. read more

If you're near USC and don't mind the area, Rancho Cienega recreation center has a track where Dorsey Football team practices. Parking is free and there's also a public year round swimming pool. That track closes at 11pm but they open at 5am. read more
