As a 'street salsa dancer' there is a big difference. I don't consider ballroom Salsa true Salsa. They have included steps and styles that are not used in traditional Salsa, Salsa means sauce and true Salsa is a mix of big band, African and traditional Spanish dances, a true tropical mix. read more
