Vinegar is VERY BAD because it has alchohol and it raises your metabolism. The amount of alcohol is minimal, otherwise, by law it would have to be written on the bottle. The percentage written on the bottle, lets you know how strong the acitity is and has nothing to do with alcohol. read more
