What can you do? I am no saint and enjoy indulging in treats. I will not completely give it up so I follow the 90/10 rule. Working out is not pointless, its definitely better than eating poorly and not working out, but bad nutrition will counteract a lot of the work you do in the gym. You can enjoy crappy food and still get results, although you will get better much better results if you eat well. read more
