When will Baltimore become Silicon bay?

I'm sorry to break it to the OP, there will never be another Silicon Valley. Baltimore can be a fine city for technology and tech startups. It has close proximity to some great universities: UMBC (guilty for my bias), University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University. read more
