It depends. Last year, I went from 55kgs to 52 kgs . In the year before that , I used to stuff down as much food I could at Iftar (which is something you should avoid at all costs since it's not healthy). As a result, I actually gained weight. read more

It depends more on your lifestyle, diet and what are you eating, generally Ramadan is a great chance to give your stomach a break and lose weight but to some it's time to gain so much calories. Ramadan is the time were families get togather and compete on who makes “more food and deserts” as a result many people actually gain a lot of weight instead of losing after not eating for more than 19 hours. read more
