My adopted dog misses its previous owner. What should I do?

I adopted a dog that missed his previous owner. She must have been a lovely person for him to have loved her so much. She was elderly and she died. The dog had been hit by a car and had back problems, but they said she was OK. I had her for two weeks and she would not get off her bed. I returned her to her previous owners. They found a way to keep her. I talked to them later and they said she was fine. I gave her all the attention that I gave my other two dogs but she just would not move. read more
