My Maltese was wheezing, she had developed a heart condition! She took meds for a few years! Hopefully not. Not to scare you. Maybe it's hot or humid outside and he is having a hard time breathing. They do not sweat like we do, but through their mouth. Or if cold outside they can develop colds or pneumonia. They can tire easily if older. read more
