I bake boneless/skinless breasts all the time. Preheat 350 degree oven. Covered glass baking dish. put a little olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper in the bottom of the dish. Add the chicken, turn it a couple of times to coat. Bake for about 20-30 minutes til they are cooked through. Bone in will take about 10-12 minutes longer. read more
