I dropped out of college. And I felt bad about it for years. Avoided decent jobs. Stayed home and depressed a lot. The only thing that accomplished was to waste some productive years when I could have been learning different skills or having fun. read more

Dropping Out is Not Forever You can always go back to your college later on or enroll at a different school. Its not like you have dropped a bomb on your future prospects. Maybe in 1964 dropping out was a formula for a ruined adult life, but in 2014, second chances are plentiful. read more

This definitely isn’t an exhaustive list; there are a ton of reasons to opt out, stop out, or drop out of college. However, for me, it was a combination of the reasons listed above. I don’t know anyone who regrets taking time away from school. read more
