The fact that this man is still a millionaire is the most damning indictment of the current US legal system which actively jails and penalizes the poor for traffic tickets (research jail for tickets in Georgia to get detail), but finds a way to let criminals and their benefactors (Lance Armstrong, Ruth Madoff, & dozens of others) remain rich and free. read more

It definitely would be a deterrence to future cheats if their was prison time associated with their crimes.. In France, Germany and Austria, they have now made it a crime to dope like Lance did. read more
