Speaking as a recovering drug addict/alcoholic. I think that those who use illegal drugs are punishing themselves more than anyone else ever could. That’s certainly not to say when using, they aren’t punishing those around them, those that love and trust them, or those that have any kind of positive feeling for them. read more

People who use illegal drugs should not be punished because illegal drugs have medical uses that helps people with illness. 3.
