Psychopaths are just different, if being different get you locked up, then everyday on the street would be nothing more than robots walking. That would be boring. So, no, psychopaths should not be locked up as long as they haven't committed crime. read more
So as much as rehabilitation is desired, it is not always possible. It seems to go back to my original point. Either they can survive in society without serious incident, or they cannot and should be locked up for life, at least until we develop some kind of treatment. read more
