Is there anyone working in Central Secretariat?

May be work load is not that much in a Ministry but a particular section in that ministry may have too much work load. So one can say its entirely random. I got Ministry of Defence , and one good thing about MoD is that exit time is fixed i.e around 5:30, no need to worry about working long hours as Army closes all the secretariat offices at 5:30. read more
