Was Myanmar ever a part of India?

The Varman dynasty (350-650) was present in north east India. They also has some effect on the current Myanmar at the time of their rule. so, from the Varman's , it became Burma in the local language. it cant be clearly written anywhere that current Burma was the part of India ever. read more
