So, if you call"Romans" those who founded Rome, then there is reasonable room for doubt (and I for one believe they were Etruscans, and therefore not Indo-European). But if you call"Romans" the people who made up the bulk of the Roman culture, then there is not a shred of doubt that they, yes, were Indo-European. read more
