The Europeans weren’t all that advanced in the 15th century. They were just starting to emerge from middle ages. Yes they had wheels, iron, and good ships but there’s a lot more to a civilization than technology. The Incas didn’t really need wheels or ships because the lived in the mountains where such things weren’t that useful. read more
