I would doubt they were allowed due to 2 things: 1. It was a totalitarian society 2. Hitler viewed women's rights as a "communist conspiracy" which he did not like. Adding to that, they were encouraged to do domestic work and not go onto higher studies. The Weimar Republic which preceded the third reich was pretty progressive in it's time. read more

Women were allowed to vote since 1918. They could even vote in Nazi Germany. There were still some "elections" until 1938. Another question is whom you could vote for.
