For reference, black teas will have the most caffeine, green and oolong teas have less, white teas have little caffeine, and fruit and red teas have no caffeine. Usually (unless otherwise specified), ordering a regular milk tea means you are ordering black milk tea. read more

The answers are all over the map. If you go into a shop that makes authentic bubble (or"boba") tea, it will have the same amount of caffeine as the tea used to make it. In my shop, that means somewhere in the range of 20-100 mg per serving. I've been into a number of"bubble tea" shops that don't use any tea at all. read more
