I have not read Gladwell's articles but I have read all of his books except the latest one: David and Goliath. I found most of his books delightful. The main criticism against Gladwell is that he often bases his conclusions on researches which did not involve a large number of subjects. He proposes rules based on the outcome of such researches. read more
