Cons: TONS of injuries. One of my sisters who continued dancing got shin splints, which apparently are fairly common in ballet dancers. The youngest one recently needed minor surgery. Probably the most minor thing that I’ve seen happen was when my toenails started growing flat because of pointe. read more
