The basics of MMA are there. You won't learn pure boxing, dirty boxing, or wrestling unless you stay for an off-schedule class, but that might be just fine. You will get top notch instruction in fundamentals of kickboxing and nogi jiujitsu. There isn't even an MMA class on the schedule. read more
