One benefit of creatine that it pulls water into the cell with it and causes a muscle to hydrate thereby increasing protein synthesis and fullness. There are other supplements that can positively impact energy, but they are not metabolically equivalent to creatine. Only creatine works like creatine. read more
Creatine is cool as long as you don't expect god-knows-what, disregard tons of broscience and stick to the actual science. Also don't believe super-secret mega gainz formulas. They are mostly regular creatine mixed with some crap that is most probably placebo (or just caffeine, taurine etc to make you feel like it's doing something). read more
