My tip for those who are fasting in Ramadan is to eat food items that contains high fiber and carbohydrates and also drink lots of water. DO’s. Food items that contain fiber and carbohydrate helps us to maintain the energy level of our body and keep up our stamina through out the day. Dairy products, fruits, grains etc are great source of carbs. read more
