And I think it a waste to use such a wonderful wood for things like patio furniture where it will gray and dull in the sun. The best comes from Cuba and Central America. But is quite rare. True mahogany is more often from Peru these days although some is from Brazil. African mahogany is a little different but still a nice wood to work with. read more
