I am living in lyon for a few years. The best options are : "Presqu'île", "Guillotière", "Saint Jean", "Pentes de la Croix Rousse" to have night life. And if you want to go easily to Insa lyon, the best option is "Guillotiere". Direct tramway line to Insa Lyon. read more
