Fazer no doubt. They dominate the candy aisle and for a good reason. Many can make tasty sweets but Fazer excels in all things chocolate. Panda, which is from Jyväskylä, is OK but their specialty is liquorice really. (Filled liquorice candy—try it). I'd like to nominate Brunberg from Porvoo for the second best brand. read more
