What are the differences between Nursing and Pharmacy?

As a nurse I would recommend going into pharmacy or anything but nursing, for starters. Nursing for me has been bittersweet, and for 20 years wish I had studied something else because of the negatives. Unless you absolutely can't see yourself doing anything else, I would not recommend going into nursing. read more

1) Nursing school (BSN) and pharmacy school are not the same. Pharmacy is a doctorate program and a BSN is a bachelor's. Most, but not all, people that get into pharmacy school have an undergrad degree in chemistry, biology, etc.. read more
