What are the good and bad neighborhoods of Baton Rouge, LA?

Hi. I don't have a complete answer but will offer what I can. In BR proper the 70809 zip code is very good and close to a great deal of good, restaurants, malls, good neighbor goods, etc. (Central city). 70806 is around government street and close to downtown. read more

BR has many good options. Do research though. Just outside of BR are some areas with great school public systems (for example, Denham Springs, Zachary, Acension parish; these areas are smaller cities, with outlying rural areas).
