Habana Vieja - I think that most of the actual old city is fine. I doubt that you would want to stay in the rest of the municipio. Centro - that is an area to be wary after midnight. Vedado - pretty much fine, except perhaps the very western end. For a first visit, I think Vedado or Habana Vieja would be best. read more
