Good and bad are all a matter of opinion. Without knowing what you consider as a “good” or “bad” neighborhood it is hard to answer. What I will say is that some areas have higher crime rates than others. Areas that have higher crime rates are Frayser, north Memphis, whitehaven, south Memphis, orange mound, nut bush and Raleigh. read more
