Broken Arrow, Jenks, Owasso, and Bixby were nice areas with good schools. Greenwood, parts of Sand Springs, Skiatook, and Coweta are pretty and decent. There are several good areas. By and large the people are fantastic. read more

If you mean economically, north Tulsa has more neighborhoods that are challenged economically. South Tulsa is better in that respect but many of the most up and coming neighborhoods economically are in the satellite communities around Tulsa like Owasso, Jenks, Bixby and Broken Arrow. read more
