What are the legal and moral arguments against polygamy?

There may some 'relative moral' argument that uses an existing society's moral frame work, but that does not imply there is a universal moral argument. There are obvious legal 'arguments' in societies that criminalize 'polygamy'. read more

I haven’t heard one from any proponent of same-sex marriage in a long time. When I debated same-sex marriage proponents years ago, one of them suggested to me there just wasn’t any demand for polygamy. read more
