What are the sacraments a bishop can perform?

Long answer: while bishops are capable of being the minister for any of the sacraments, in practice, which ones they perform regularly is different from most priests. They will still celebrate mass at least daily, likely more. Conirmations, normally reserved for bishops, they do constantly. read more

They officiate at Matrimony (although it is the couple themselves who actually administer the sacrament to each other). Holy Orders is reserved to bishops only, who are the normal ministers of Confirmation as well. However, priests can serve as the ministers of Confirmation with permission of the bishop. read more
