Vitamin C and the family of B vitamins are water soluble. Excess is more easily eliminated with proper hydration, so elevated levels pose much less risk. Our body is designed well to handle Vitamin D. Rarely does excess pose any risk. Those with liver or kidney problems should not take large doses of any fat soluble vitamin. read more
