What are your favorite poems about risk and taking chances?

The obvious answer is Tennyson's “Ulysses.” For those who haven't read it, the same Ulysses (Odysseus) who starred in the Iliad and the Odyssey has returned home, grown old, and decided that he still has one more kick at the can before he has to kick the bucket.
