What caused the wildfire near Vandenberg AFB?

Crews with the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, U.S. Forest Service, and Vandenberg Air Force Base are battling a brush fire that broke out on base property at 9:30 a.m. Friday. The Encelados Fire, named for the base road near the location of the fire, is burning on the main base off of El Rancho Road near El Rancho Lateral Road. read more
