Some of the images of Neptune from the Voyager 2 flyby (in 1989) show a deep blue color, but the colors in those images were enhanced. The actual colors of Uranus and Neptune are quite similar. Pluto (no longer a planet; now classified as a dwarf planet): mostly light brown, with some darker regions. read more

The colors for inner planets Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars are gray, yellowish-white, predominantly blue with patches of other colors and red-orange, respectively; the outer planets Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune have the colors orange with white bands, light yellow, light blue and pale blue, respectively. read more
