Try throwing out your garbage more often. Vacuum the floor and anywhere else where food may have been left. Find the hidden places where food is hidden, and vacuum the food up. read more
Could be pantry moths - clean out all stored dry food - grains, pasta, rice, beans an the like. Look for webs and small caterpillars in dry food packets. Buy some airtight plastic storage containers to keep the moths out of your dry food. Another possibility is clothes moths. read more
Put water in a bowl, or other container and add some dish soap, put the bowl a couple inches to a foot away from a light and turn off all other lights in your house. The moths will go to the light and fly around it, when they hit the soapy water, they just sink right in and drown, if it was just water, the moths would just bounce off the surface, but, soap breaks the surface tension of water, that’s also how it works to clean things. read more
Flying Moths: You may find the small, half-inch long, brownish moths flying around your kitchen and pantry, usually around lights at night. Pantry (Indian meal moth) larvae infest food and resemble small worms. read more
