Could be pantry moths - clean out all stored dry food - grains, pasta, rice, beans an the like. Look for webs and small caterpillars in dry food packets. Buy some airtight plastic storage containers to keep the moths out of your dry food. Another possibility is clothes moths. read more

Put water in a bowl, or other container and add some dish soap, put the bowl a couple inches to a foot away from a light and turn off all other lights in your house.
