What countries have very similar looking flags?

The flag of Chad was first hoisted in 1959 after the country had achieved independence from France. Its original design had a green stripe, but it too closely resembled the flag of Mali, so the blue stripe was substituted. The flags of Luxembourg and Netherlands look very similar. One difference is that the blue on the Luxembourg flag is somewhat brighter. Another difference is that the height-width ratio of the Luxembourg flag is 1:2 or 3:5, the ratio of the Dutch flag is 2:3.
